best non-steakhouse steak

wondering what places ya'll think have the best steak that isn't a steakhouse. as far as good deals, i like the baseball steak at HMS bounty, and i like cafe stella's steak frite, but i'm wondering about real steak gems, and neither of those are gems.

Waygu ribeye at Park's BBQ if it's available. just a couple of bites so you have enough room for brisket, Toyko X pork belly and galbi.

I love the steak at Toscana in Brentwood. It's finished off in the wood-fired oven.
