I am cooking a turkey breast that I plan to serve on Saturday (two days from now). Should I slice it today (after it finishes cooking) or right before I plan to serve it? Thanks.

    slice it right before you serve it. The slices will dry out otherwise.

        starts loosing moisture as soon as you start slicing

          Yeah, what they said. Any reason you can't just cook it on Sat?
