What are the great restaurants that only take reservations for 6 or more?

I feel like I'm always hearing about them and now that we're actually eligible, I can't recall any! Please refresh my memory. Thanks!

  1. Do you count large-format meals?

If you want places that only take reservations for larger groups and you still order a la carte, I think that there's:
    Tertulia
Blue Ribbon Brasserie & Blue Ribbon Bakery
    Freemans

    Freemans
Freeman Alley, New York, NY 10002

    Blue Ribbon Brasserie
97 Sullivan St, New York, NY 10012

    Blue Ribbon Bakery
33 Bedford St, New York, NY 10014

    Tertulia
    359 6th Ave, New York, NY 10011

      Yes, large format is fine.

Tried Tertulia - that was my pick - unfortunately they only do an early and a late seating and our group can't...

I would add on Wong (though I'm not sure how far in advance they book out now), Burger & Barrel, Maialino.

        Maialino
2 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10010

        Burger & Barrel
25 W Houston St, New York, NY 10012

        Wong
7 Cornelia St, New York, NY 10014

    2. Landmarc downtown

      1. Why wouldn't you consider a great restaurant that takes reservations for parties of 2 and large parties? In Queens, Don Peppe only takes reservations for parties of 6 or more. I don't recall any Manhattan restaurants that are like that.
