Looking for a recipe for a tasty salad dressing that does not need to be kept in the refrigerator.
a basic oil & vinegar with seasoning should be fine.....
a dijon, or any kind of, vinaigrette. as long as it doesn't contain cream or eggs, most dressings are actually shelf stable.
2 parts good extra virgin olive oil1 part seasoned rice wine vinegar1 part fresh lemon juice1 part dijon mustard
Good, easy, should last a while unrefrigerated. Proportions can be changed to suit your tastes.
