Healthy Restaurants near New Haven green/Yale?

I'm a student--looking for good but healthy food!

I love going out to restaurants but sometimes the fancy shmancy places like to add loads of sauces/fatty cooking methods that are not waistline friendly. I like those places but not ALL THE TIME.

What are your go-to restaurants when you don't want to walk out feeling heavy/"guilty" over the amount of calories you likely consumed?

This thread had some good recs. Last time we visited my daughter at Yale we ate at the York street noodle house and enjoyed it.
