Good mexican in a mall?

I know, I know. No such thing as good mexican food in a mall's food court. But this one I have to write about. I have no idea how long this place has been open, but for me it's a godsend. My wife and I usually eat tex-mex, mex-mex, whatever you want to call it at least once a week when we're home. We're on Maui right now and have been for the last 3 weeks. We got our mex craving satisfied for a reasonable price. I had the 3 enchilada plate which is 1 chicken, 1 beef and 1 cheese enchilada with rice and refried beans. It was all very tasty. My wife got the 2 beef taco with rice and beans which was very good, and I believe the taco shells are homemade, not out of some Old El Paso box. They have a salsa bar of your choosing, with some HOT habanero looking sauce that was tasty but pretty hot.
Total bill was 25$ which included 2 canned soft drinks. Anyone around should give this place some love.

Interesting report. Does this place have a name? Where is the mall? "Maui" is kind of vague as to location.
