Suggestions for a post-matinee dinner on a Saturday, please?

I'm taking my wife to see a "Jersey Boys" matinee on a Saturday in April. Looking for a nice romantic place, about $$$, anything but Indian, Thai or Sushi.

It's directly across the Majestic theater, very appealing atmosphere, and the food is delicious and not very expensive.

I suggest you take a cab to La Grenouille, on 52nd St., just east of 5th Ave. Note that jackets are required (but not ties).
