Where's your favorite pasta dish right now?

In a pasta mood these days and thought it would be fun to start a thread on a particular dish and why you like it. I love just about any pasta I've had from Osteria or Modo Mio, and recently had a perennial favorite - the chicken liver rigatoni at Osteria. Now I'm in the mood to try something new, so inspire me!

I have always liked the pappardelle with wild mushrooms at Paradiso.

Yesterday, today, and forever: Melograno's Papardelle Tartufo.
      Pure heaven.

You know, I have never made it to Melograno. I may have to get there soon. I also meant to say I have loved some of the pasta at Barbuzzo, though I'm not familiar with any of the current offerings.

I also give Le Virtu's Handkerchief pasta with Duck Ragu an honorable mention. Actually, all of their pastas are stellar. I also remember an amazing whole wheat lasagna at Hosteria da Elio, but this was a few years ago and a special...might have been one time only.

Melograno is a must try. Their entrees and apps are just as good as the pastas too.
