Remind me: Vietnamese restaurant downtown/near convention center?
A few years ago I was in downtown LA for a conference at the Convention Center, staying at the Westin. I walked a few blocks away from the Westin to a Chowhound-recommended Vietnamese restaurant that was excellent. Now of course I can't remember the name or the exact location for the life of me. I remember thinking that the neighborhood had a cool, artsy vibe -- there seemed to be some galleries on that block, as I recall.
Can anyone help me out? I am on my way back to town for the same conference and I would like to go back!
