Downtown Recommendations

I will be in town for one night and would love a suggestion for dinner for one and then a breakfast meeting(informal business meeting).

Looking for a downtown restaurant, happy hour specials with great food, dont really drink. something local and not a chain.

Looking for a restaurant that is not only breakfast tacos.

Appreciate suggestions...I will have a car.

    Brussel sprouts and Tortas Ahogada at La Condesa is a fantastic meal.

      I second what Slick the Cat says. Parkside is wonderful. They have an excellent happy hour, good food, and a great raw bar.

      Another great place to go is Lambert's. They have excellent BBQ and desserts.

        The Congress complex of bars and restaurants, Bar+Congress, etc. I also like the food at the Driscoll, but I can only personally vouch for their happy hour.
