Anyone been to Steins (Clement Street, SF)?

This morning, I noticed Steins, on Clement between 8th & 9th Avenues. It looks to be a bar/pub featuring German beers & food. Has anyone been?

    last time i tried to go,i found the posted opening time to be 4 so plan accordingly.
