Brunch near Spadina/Bloor?

I'm looking for a Sunday brunch place within walking distance of Spadina and Bloor. Most of the places that I would have picked (such as Marben) don't fit the criteria. On my radar right now are Lola's, Tati Bistro, C5 and Dessert Trends (except I heard that they are currently closed for renovations?). Not worried about price - simply looking for good food and the option to reserve ahead of time would also be nice. Thoughts on those three, or other restaurants that I should try instead?

Sorry, I normally post an update much sooner. The group ended up at Tati Bistro for Sunday brunch.

Service: friendly yet sloooooow and forgetful
Food: mediocre, not unreasonable prices for what you get but not great value either. Menu consists of a few omelettes, french toast, steak and eggs, two salads, and a few other items.
    Ambience: warm and cozy

Typically, I'd write more but honestly there was nothing that stood out (either positive or negative) about this place. And if somebody else asks for a rec in the area, I'd also point them to Gallery Grill.

Was thinking exactly the same thing, Gallery grill is fabulous for brunch.

Gallery Grill at Hart House is lovely and they take reservations. Easy walk from Spadina/Bloor.
