Easter Sunday Brunch

Staying in the Warehouse District & trying to find a restaurant that will be open on Easter and serving brunch. Music would be a plus. Traveling with a fussy vegetarian, so someplace with pancakes, french toast or eggs would be optimul. Commander's Palace looks a little too upscale. Looking at Mojitos Rum Bar & Grill. Any other suggestions would be most welcome! Many thanks.
