Where to buy grits (uncooked) in the Boston area

Is there a retail store in the Boston area that sells good Southern grits? I'm craving them!

Formaggio Kitchen carries the Anson mills grits. They are delicious, but expensive. Check out the Anson Mills website..not sure what the shipping charges are.

Those Anson Mills grits are great. Gray's Grist Mill grits are also delicious, but I don't know a local place to get them.

Bob's Red Mill is available at Market Basket. I haven't tried their grits, but other stuff I've tried has been good quality.

Last yr. i compared minimum order Anson Mills order cost (incl. shipping) and it equaled $7-8 lb. grits price at Formaggio, so i just buy it there now. ForGET QuakerOats- no toothsome mouthfeel.

Most every grocery store has the Quaker Oats version near the oatmeal, quick or slow cook versions. Might be surprised how many southern cooks use them. Or search the net for Anson Mills or Charleston Favorites stoneground grits.
