Nolita restaurants

I just moved to the Nolita area and have been trying to get around to some of the great restaurants in the neighborhood. I love Balaboosta, Parm and Torrisi's (of course!) but would love some other suggestions for brunch/dinner from those of you who have eaten your way through the neighborhood.

I'll take NoHo and SoHo suggestions too. Moved from the UES, so it's a new world for me down here!

to pile on to this otherwise complete list, I'm a big fan of L'asso for pizza. People don't normally mention it but its almost always busy and good. They just expanded to the EV.

By the way...I'm not a pizza expert, but Forcella had one of the best pizza I've ever had in my life! I'm a believer in the montanara!!

Nearby Nolita: Rubirosa, Osteria Morini, Despana, Tacombi, Asia Dog, Caffe Falai, Parisi. 1534 or Mother's Ruin for cocktails. The newly opened La Churreria.

Near Noho as well as Bowery/Houston, there is Pinche, Hecho en Dumbo, the two Il Bucos, Bohemian, DBGB, Peels, Pulino's, Chinatown Brasserie, Acme, Five Points (good brunch), Saxon + Parole, Forcella. Oh and the newly opened Bowery Coffee.

In and around Soho: Lure, Blue Ribbon Brasserie, Boqueria, Aquagrill (great oysters), Balthazar, Hundred Acres, The Dutch. Lani Kai and Pegu Club for cocktails. Ceci Cela, Oro, Birdbath, Grandaisy, Dominique Ansel for bakeries. Kee's for chocolates. The Vendy Award-winning Calexico Cart.

And it's very easy to go north of Houston for Jane (brunch), Lupa, Mermaid Oyster, Ushiwakamaru, etc.
