SOS----how far ahead of time can I cut up kiwi without fear that the cut pieces will discolor?
Brunch is 5 hours away, but I am juggling cinnamon rolls and muffins and other errands before we leave. How far ahead of time can I cut kiwi with out fear that it will discolor? ( I am not worried about the pineapple and blood oranges discoloring.)
