Are these Disney/Tourist Area restaurants toddler appropriate? Deep Blu, Bluezoo, Tchoup Chop

Foodie dad from Brooklyn here. My wife, our two year old daughter and I will be visiting Orlando in mid-March for a week.

I've been researching restaurants and reading conflicting opinions about where I would and would not feel comfortable bringing my two year old to eat. (She's usually quite well behaved, but like all kids, has her moments.)

I'm curious how this group feels about Deep Blu, Bluezoo and Tchoup Chop--I currently have reservations in the 6:30p-7:00p range for dinner at all of these places.

If they aren't great for kids, would the equivalently regarded places in Winter Park or I-Drive be any better? Or any other recommendations, besides the place with giant dinosaurs :) ?

Basically what I'm looking for--if it exists--is the equivalent of a place like Blue Ribbon in Brooklyn -- Michelin Recommended but not at all awkward to bring a well-behaved toddler on a Saturday night.

Thanks!

  1. Not familiar w/the others, but I'd say no to toddlers at Tchoup Chop. Citywalk would be more suitable.

    1. We took our daughter and did Blue Zoo and Emeril's and they were very nice. Funny thing is we did Rainforest Cafe for her one night and she preferred Emeril's go figure lol. My only reccomendation would be to keep the reservations fairly early like you did and if she has a moment walk out, till she calms down. Have a great time!! I love Disney.
