'Kitchen Boss' on TLC

I watched a new cooking show (for me) yesterday. At first I was a bit put off by the 'Jersey Shore' accent/attitude/s but as I watched it some more it appeared the host and his family really were from Jersey. The Sicilian type dishes were interesting. Turns out the show's been on for a year.

It's just started to show on one of the cable channels here in the UK.

I find it very, erm, American......almost like watching an episode of the Sopranos.

Yes it is now in its 2nd season. His cooking is good and his descriptions are hilarious.
