weekday late breakfast/early lunch, Prospect Heights?

Are any good places in Prospect Heights open at 10:30 or 11:00ish on weekdays, besides Tom's Diner? Need to eat super-early tomorrow (Friday) before a museum visit. I've been to Amorina, Aliseo, Zaytoons, Taqueria de los Muertos, Le Gamin, and Beast -- all at dinner time, never during a weekday. (I think that Franny's and Geido are both closed on weekdays, right?)
