short visit to Victoria: anything relaxed and special walking distance near the harbour?

    Ulla would be my pick. Food is great, room is pretty casual.

        For relaxed, I can think of no better choice than Matisse (on lower Yates). Great service, dependable food, very relaxed atmosphere.
