Freezing quinoa and how to reheat

I made a batch of quinoa the other night, to go with a dinner I was planning on making tonight, but now a sick baby and a sick me and I don't think we're going to actually tet to the quinoa. Can I freeze it, and how to reheat it later (microwave, stovetop with water, oven?).

You can also defrost it and use it as a cold salad, without even having to reheat it. I usually make quinoa in a full-bag patch, then freeze in portions.

I treat leftover quinoa like rice - in the fridge for several days, longer in the freezer. It warms fine in the microwave, possibly with a bit of added water.
