Hamantaschen perfection?
The last time I ate a bakery hamantaschen I almost broke a tooth.
What I want: a recipe for hamantaschen with a FLAKY DOUGH and a filling with
SUBTLETY & NUANCE.
Maybe even CREATIVITY. A mint leaf "feather" sounds delightful.
Finally: yeast or baking powder? or nothing?
