Can anyone let me know what the hours and days of operation for this restaurant in Segovia? I can't find the information on the restaurant's website or anywhere else on the internet.

José María opens daily from Monday thru Sunday. Do make a lunch reservation for the first turn (1.30pm). This restaurant is absolutely packed on Saturday and Sunday.
