Suggested time of arrival at Green Goddess

Will be arriving in NOLA on a Thursday mid afternoon. Planning for Green Goddess as first dinner of this trip. What is the suggested time of arrival for party of 2? I was thinking of stopping there before checking into hotel to get names on dinner list. Good idea? Not necessary? Also, would love to hear favorite foods to order!

I wasn't aware they had a list. We went fro brunch a couple of Sundays ago and got there right when it opened just in case as other times we had tried to go it was packed and nothing would be available for quite some time.

Thanks. Really looking forward to eating there. Maybe will just stop on way from airport. We usually just wing it the first night in town.
