Four days in Paris with our college bound granddaughter our reservations for dinner

Any recs on our choices so far..
Our concierge will try for Frenchies....then we have Benoit , Absinthe and Ami Louis. Is this a good selection or are there other restaurants that we should substitute? We will be going on our trip in July.

I love l'ami Louis myself, but I do question whether its the right choice for for a young girl(please excuse my ageism & sexism). The food is heavy and copious.

Different strokes, different folks... I just had lunch at l'Absinthe last week and it was delightful... But I would attach the adjective gawd-awful (or at least horrendously over-priced) to l'Ami Louis

As you said different strokes for different folks. L'Ami Louis is my favorite meal in Paris , l eat there 3-5 times a year and still rates as best Cotes de Boeuf l have ever encountered.

It was once good, then became not good, and is now quite good again.
