You would think that a good breaksfast and good coffee were a given; if you could do one right, surely you could do the other one right too? Not so...

Let's see what you got. I will go first...

GB+ BC = Square One...love me some french toast but hate their acidic coffee.

BB+ GC = King's Road Cafe...their made to order coffee is awesome but their food sucks.

and...

GB + GC = a tie between Pacific Dining Car and Original Pancake House...two places that I have been to countless times and have always had good breakfast and good coffee...without exception.
