Restaurants in Parlin

A couple of questions:

Has anyone tried Dragon Bowl (where Checkers used to be on Route 9 South)?

Is Haldi Chowk still/again open? At one point it appeared to have closed, but now I'm seeing cars parked there.

      Sign says sit in, Togo,shakes ice cream, bubble tea and some other stuff that eludes me now.
