Hi -

I'm looking for durum flour to make a Pugliese bread from Barenbaum's Bread Bible. Any luck in finding some locally?

Thanks!

Can't you use semolina, or does it have to be milled finer than that?

If Semolina is OK PFI has it in bulk at a reasonable price.
