Where to eat in Marrero?

Hi,
We're taking a day trip out of New Orleans.
Leaving NOLA in the morning to drive down to Marrero for a swamp tour and then heading to a hotel by the airport before flying home the next day.
I'm looking for recommendations on where to eat , late lunch or early dinner.
It could be in the Marrero area or by the airport or anywhere along the way.
Anyone have a favorite they 'd like to share?

If you want to eat at the airport end in Kenner, try Harbor Seafood, Kenner Seafood or Stingrays. I believe two were birthed out of employees of the first (Harbor?).

I enjoyed Stingray's last year and multigenerational families eating boiled seafood off trays remined me of the past West End, pre too many storms.

We get plate lunches and poboys from Frazier's. It's located at 2841 Barataria, near Ames Blvd. It's nice home-style cooking, casual and inexpensive.

I love Sal's Seafood on Barataria Blvd. in Marrero for boiled crawfish and crabs. Never had anything else there so can't speak to the rest of the menu.
