Ok I've been told that River Rouge is available at the cheese store in Kensington.
Apparently it is made at Oka.
I spotted it at St. Lawrence Market today, and bought a small piece out of curiosity.
Looks and tastes pretty much like a mild gouda.
ETA: with just a bit of Oka-iness on the nose.
