Recipes using clover?
Hello All,
I need a recipe that uses clover. I didn't even know that clover was edible (to anyone but the bees that make clover honey anyway). Any recipes would be much appreciated!

a lot of Indian food uses clover. But, I am not an expert. I have made butter chicken from all recipe.com and it was pretty good.

are you supposed to use clover honey or the tender leaves of clover? while much supermarket honey is labeled "clover honey", most of it is garbage sham honey. however you can use it in anything that calls for honey rather than sugar as a sweetener.
if it's the leaves, you can use them as a green garnish on about anything, especially fish or chicken, or on top of a delicate salad. they have a slight lemony flavor.
btw, the bees eat the pollen/nectar from the flowers. :)
