Pret 86ed their Italian wedding soup, and I need some new soup options. I like lighter soups, but all suggestions are welcome. Bonus if you know of some good Italian Wedding Soup, or Tortilla soup...

I am a fan of the Mount Qi Vegetables Hand-Ripped Noodles in Soup (possibly the longest soup name ever) at Xi'an Famous Foods on St. Marks. Ask to have the noodles packed separately for takeout, so they don't get clumpy. There are other soups on the menu as well, which I haven't tried 'cause they are not meat-free, and I am. But I'm sure they're very good.
