Dining after midnight in LV

Any tips on where someone who works until midnight can take a date on Valentine's (just after).
Most upscale places close around 11, and many places just have a limited (bar) menu.. My default would be Sedona, but that's old news to me. Anyone have a new suggestion?

Ferraros on Paradise is open until 2am, 4am on weekends

Good friends of ours who own restaurants just got back from staying at the Cosmo and besides their love for Jaleo, they raved about the Oyster Bar at Palace Station..they said it was so good and fresh.
Looks like it's open 24/7 and said it was a blast.
Who would of thunk?

Palace Station might be the last place I would want to be for V-day though, it smells like a musty ashtray inside.

Plus, after midnight, it's the 15th and not Valentine's anymore.

Yeah, in that case, its all about Peppermill. On the complete other side, the Lucky's 24/7 at HRH is always a solid and not pricey late night - but not even a smidge of romance.

There are some pretty good options still in play at that time off of the Strip. What come to mind first are three of the prime spots that many Chef's go for a nibble after their shifts are over -

Raku (5030 West Spring Mountain) is open until 3 am.
Forte (4180 South Rainbow) also open until 3.
Sen of Japan (8480 West Desert Inn) open until 2.
