Caviar (restaurant and retail)

All- I know Bevmo has some caviar for retail sale, but I'm always worried about them not turning stock enough- can you suggest someplace to buy decent caviar?

Also- what restaurants do caviar service in San Diego? I know Oceanaire does (I think there's one in San Diego?) , but any place that's not a chain?

I've purchased caviar years ago from Jonathan's in LJ..my fave is Iranian and it's hard to find.
Had caviar at Marine Room, El Bizocho and Mille Fleurs.
