Favorite ice cream in vicinity of Nashua

Planning a mini ice cream tour for my mom's group this summer. Where are your favorite places to go near Nashua? We normally get together in Hudson, Nashua, Londonderry, Merrimack.

I like Doc Davis in Pepperell. It's directly south of Hollis.

I'm not a megga ice cream fan so can't speak to the relative merrits of Hayward's vs other options, but I've had some good ice cream there. And it is in Nashua per the OP's request.

They also have a spot in Brookline on Rt 13, in the parking lot of the large gas station (maybe a Mobil?).

Shaws farm which is a little further south if you want a farm experience . Kimball farm is great many flavors.

Bruesters for the Peanut Butter Buckeye ice Cream, or the Key Lime. Oh, and if the ladies want an adventure, point them to Connolly Brothers Farm, they have an ice cream shack.

I have tried many, but Kimball's several locations, (Westford, MA, Carlisle, MA, Lancaster, MA, and Jaffrey, NH.) has the richest, creamiest that I have found anywhere.

Jake's in Amherst...always really interesting flavors on the menu. Plus, the ice cream is just really good!
