Alison Eighteen - anyone been yet?

Wondering if anyone has been to Alison Eighteen yet. I remember liking Alison on Dominick when that was still around and curious what her new place is like. Has anyone tried it?

    I had an enjoyable dinner there a few weeks ago. The duck was fantastic. The room was attractive. My only quibble had to do with the service, which was erratic and a tad inattentive. However, I will definitely go back and try it again.

          RGR, I clicked onto your blog. Wow, you;re good at crosswords. The Chanukah meal looked good too. Interestingly, I was invited to Orthodox Jews' house for a Chanukah dinner. I expected pot roast, latkes, Matzoh Ball soup etc Mid meal they served donuts ( same remembrance as potato pancakes since both made with olive oil) ,,Anyway, they ordered in Glatt Kosher Chinese food. I was quite surprised, disappointed but I found it kinda funny.
