Need rehearsal dinner venue near Salt Lake City

We are east coasters trying to host a rehearsal dinner in Salt Lake City. My son would prefer something not formal (jeans and button down shirts) but my husband doesn't want too casual. All agree, we need great food and ambiance! (hopefully at a price that doesn't break the bank) We could have as many as 60-70 guest, which does limit the venue somewhat. I'd love some suggestions for something fun, different, and delicious! Thanks in advance.

Check into Rodizio Grill. Brazilian steak house with an all-you-can-eat set up. Plenty of room for a group of your size, and definitely fun and different.
