Palm Springs dinner

I am going to be in town Thursday night, for the street fair, and I need a recommendation for a moderately priced restaurant wherre my friends and I can have a conversation. I'm thinking Zin Bistro or Azul. Any comments/recommendations?

btw: I've done both El Gallito and Cheeky's based on Chowhound recommendations and both were great!!!
