Bulk Chocolate Purveyor?

Apparently Chocolate Covered in Noe Valley has closed (ensue panic!)

Does anyone know where to get high quality bulk chocolate in the Bay Area? I need *couverture* chocolate specifically.

I own Chocolate Covered and am sitting in a very open store right now. We moved 5 years ago
1 block west to a larger space at 4069 24th St. I currently have several Felchlin chocolates
and a small amount of Amano. Jack 415 -641-8123

TCHO sells it online. Perhaps they also sell it at their factory on the Embarcadero?

Gourmet Corner in San Mateo had a selection of commercial-size bags of French chocolate last week.

Have you tried Sugar and Spice - http://sugarnspicesf.com/Home_Page.html - about two blocks from the Colma BART station or in the East Bay I buy my chocolate for ganache at Spun Sugar - http://spunsugar.com/cart/index.php?m... - in Berkeley at the intersection of University and California.

I buy online from Chocosphere during the cooler months. I think they're located in Oregon.
