Le Berger du Temps in Montagny-lès-Beaune? (Bourgogne, Burgundy, Cote d'Or)

Haven't been to Burgundy since 2006. At the time the proprietress at my Chambre d'hôte recommended Le Berger du Temps in Montagny-les-Beaune highly but I didn't have a chance to check it out. It features dishes prepared in a wood-burning oven. I'm wondering if others have tried this spot and can stack it up against the other options near Beaune.

Wish we'd known about this place when we were in Beaune in December. It looks delicious.

We stayed at Le Home, just outside the city walls. Lovely place and crazy low prices. They had a list of all the eating places they recommended (long), and I don't recall that one being on it. However, we did lunch at a place that was not on their list, and were pleased.

There is an abundance of great food in Beaune. Amazing for such a small town.

That's why I posted it here, maybe the next 'hound in Beaune will check it out.

In 2006, I stayed at Couettes et Capucines in Levernois. The owner had cards for her favorite local restaurants and called to make reservations for me. Very cute spot, and a terrific spread for breakfast. I bought some of the homemade confiture to take home with me. Here's the breakfast set for my table of one. I loved the bread too, from a wood-fired oven. I asked the owner to buy a couple extra loaves for me on the last day.
