Salted Caramel

I am looking to build a theme gift of the best salted caramel chocolates, cupcakes, other treats in the area (nothing frozen). The gift recipient tried the salted caramel truffle at J Chocolatier in Georgetown and was absolutely blown away. I am not a big sweets fan so I don't know the spots to find this kind of stuff. Please help me build a nice assortment! Prefer DC and Arlington.

Cowgirl Creamery sells wonderful caramels in a jar by the register, and Seasonal Pantry by the convention center has amazing salted caramel ice cream, if your gifts don't have to be shelf stable (I'd call to make sure they have that flavor on the day when you need it).

Georgetown Cupcake has salted caramel cupcakes. The candy shop here at the Pentagon has great salted caramels. I would check out the store previously known as Biaggio in Dupont.

Not in DC or Arlington, but Velatis Caramel Shop on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring might have what you need. I notice that they even have "Sea Salt Turtles."
