Maria's Soft Shell Tacos and some Omaha/Ralston

Maria's has some of the best Mexican food I have ever had.
My favorite is the flour "Soft Shell Taco". They are a thicker flour shell that is deep fried. I'm not sure but I think that the meat and cheese are inside the raw flour shell before they are deep fried. Lettuce and tomatoe added after? I live in Florida now. Every time I get back up there I freeze and bring back tacos's (Less the lettuce/tomato). Their sauce is also excellent! I have tried to master these delicious tacos, but my attempts have not been quite so good...There is absolutely NOTHING even close to the Mexican food here in Daytona. Maria's also has other great food, ie: their Hot Sauce, Burritos, Enchiladas, Bean Dip and Nachos prepared with Flour chips, etc.
Can you overnight me some? Otherwise, if anybody knows how they make their tacos, let me know. "Maria" I promise I won't tell anybody the secret. I wouldn't want anybody else to know it either! I crave them soooooooo much. Dedicated Facebook fan, too. Mary
