Aquavit before the show

Hopefully Sgordon who seems to be a huge fan of this restaurant can visit and answer some of the questions I have.
My husband and I are thinking about having a dinner at Aquavit before the show, Death of a salesman at the Barrymore theatre. I want to make a reservation for 5:30 dinner and have their 4 courses menu. WIll 2 hours be enough for this dinner? Also, it appears that they don't have an a la carte menu? If 2 hours are enough, what do you recommend from each course?
