Asheville Bread Festival 2012
This year's festival is Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Magnolia Building on the A-B Tech campus (340 Victoria Road, Asheville, NC).
Classes are between 9AM and 6PM, and bread sales and tasting are 10AM to 2PM.
Lots of local bakers, and special guests include Thom Leonard who will be giving a workshop about milling and baking with local wheat,
Professor Stephen Jones giving a lecture about local grain and wheat genetics, Peter Reinhart talking about gluten-free and sugar-free baking and several classes about baking by local bakers.
