Venison Leg

Looking to make Venison paillards from the leg. Any suggestions on where to buy?

Tip Top Meats has a good but often changing selection of game meat (venison, elk and wild boar recently) in their freezer. If you don't find the right cut just ask the butcher to get it. Bishers Meat in Poway also has sometimes venison but overall a much smaller selection.

Last time I was in Homegrown meats (Nov) they had a coupe Venison sides hanging in the aging room. I'd give them a call.

Thanks guys. Home made meats had it boneless. Tip top also had it bone in.
