Torta di baccala? Italian salt cod, potato, and artichoke dish
I'm looking for a recipe or advice on how to recreate a dish I had in an Italian restaurant. I've googled and not been able to find a recipe.
It was a warm starter of salt cod layered with potatoes and artichoke hearts/bottoms. The salt cod was not mashed with the potato, rather they were layered together with the artichoke, probably in a ring mold. It was buttery and served with parsley oil.
Any ideas?
