Not sure if this is it, but New Harmony is the vegetarian place in Chinatown. All you can eat dimsum is amazing.

New Harmony is FABULOUS and I LOVE it (especailly the *vegan* Pork buns!!!) but it is not the palce I was looking for. This one is on Samson around 16th or so.

I think this is the place you are looking for: http://www.suxinghouse.com/

The location is right. The home page doesn't indicate kosher, but they are listed on the home page of International Kosher Council as being under their supervision. I found all this by a little Google searching. I've never been to Philadelphia, but after seeing all the kosher restauants the the rave reviews, sounds like a great place to visit.

Which one is better? New Harmony or Su Xing House?
