ISO a cinnamon cookie recipe I've lost
I *think* it was from Gourmet magazine years ago -- but not sure. The cookies were very flat (you could roll them up into "cigarettes" when warm. The recipe called for cinnamon OIL, not extract, not ground cinnamon.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?

The recipe doesn't seem to call for cinnamon oil, but I'm pretty sure it must be the one you're looking for since it describes rolling the cookies into "cigarettes."
