Had a pleasant dinner on Super Bowl night @ Top Shelf on Route 9 in Framingham. Cozy, charming decor with classy plates & silverware. Restaurant was very slow for obvious reasons, but service was attentive. Prices are reasonable--special 1/2 price appetizers because of the Super Bowl. Enjoyed fried calamari/shrimp combo with a tasty, spicy tarter sauce. Both entrees--sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts with bacon and scallops on a bed of couscous with vegetables, were tasty. Pinot grigio served at proper temperature and mark-up not too severe. Would definitely return.
