but seriously, why not go with rabbit, also a small, lean vegetarian rodent and just bard it carefully? (believe me when I say I spend hours, HOURS poking around the freezer and fresh sections of Jay and other non-mainstream markets and have never seen it)
the only real answer is at Lambert you can get a ticket to Peru, but you cannot get there directly from here. you'll have to change, in AtLANta (couldn't resist an old SNL/Billy Crystal ref)

Haha, I think cuy is pretty clearly DIY in all o the Midwest. Starting at petsmart and ending in yr frydaddy, delicious. :)
