Cuy in St. Louis

Can you get a raw one anywhere?

    Haha, I think cuy is pretty clearly DIY in all o the Midwest. Starting at petsmart and ending in yr frydaddy, delicious. :)

        HA! I dunno aren't there hillbilly sources for raccoon and 'possum sometimes at Soulard? might ask if they can get groundhog or nutria (good luck and smirk)

          but seriously, why not go with rabbit, also a small, lean vegetarian rodent and just bard it carefully? (believe me when I say I spend hours, HOURS poking around the freezer and fresh sections of Jay and other non-mainstream markets and have never seen it)

          the only real answer is at Lambert you can get a ticket to Peru, but you cannot get there directly from here. you'll have to change, in AtLANta (couldn't resist an old SNL/Billy Crystal ref)
